An Act Providing for a Fair Judgment Interest Rate for Medical Malpractice Actions.

                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

            SECTION 1. Chapter 231: Section 60K of the general laws as appearing in the 2006 official edition is hereby amended in line 14 by striking the following language:- “plus 4 per cent”.
