Summary

Requiring the Department of the Environment, in consultation with the Maryland Department of Health and the Maryland Department of Labor, to conduct a study of the environmental and public health impacts of deathcare and funeral practices in the State; and requiring the Department to report its findings and recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly by October 1, 2024.
