A bill to amend 1966 PA 331, entitled
"Community college act of 1966,"
by amending section 166 (MCL 389.166), as added by 2008 PA 359.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 166. The aggregate outstanding obligation of all
agreements entered into under this chapter shall not exceed
$50,000,000.00
$75,000,000.00 in any calendar year.
