A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2092) by adding section 30c.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 30c. The portion of highway M-53 in Macomb County beginning at the intersection with 17 Mile Road and continuing north to the interchange with Hall Road shall be known as the "Officer Leroy Imus Memorial Highway".
