A bill to amend 1961 PA 236, entitled

"Revised judicature act of 1961,"

(MCL 600.101 to 600.9947) by adding sections 3103, 3203, 5709, and 5774.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 3103. (1) A person that is required to give a notice under this chapter shall comply with section 506b of the persons with disabilities civil rights act, 1976 PA 220, MCL 37.1506b.

(2) A notice required to be given under this chapter that does not meet the requirements of this section is not effective and is invalid.

Sec. 3203. (1) A person that is required to give a notice under this chapter shall comply with section 506b of the persons with disabilities civil rights act, 1976 PA 220, MCL 37.1506b.

(2) A notice required to be given under this chapter that does not meet the requirements of this section is not effective and is invalid.

Sec. 5709. (1) A person that is required to give a notice under this chapter shall comply with section 506b of the persons with disabilities civil rights act, 1976 PA 220, MCL 37.1506b.

Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect unless Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 5630 (request no. 03063'23) of the 102nd Legislature is enacted into law.
