     A bill to repeal 1980 PA 119, entitled

 

"Motor carrier fuel tax act,"

 

(MCL 207.211 to 207.234).

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Enacting section 1. The motor carrier fuel tax act, 1980 PA

 

119, MCL 207.211 to 207.234, is repealed effective January 1, 2014.

 

     Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect

 

unless Senate Joint Resolution A                           of the

 

97th Legislature becomes a part of the state constitution of 1963

 

as provided in section 1 of article XII of the state constitution

 

of 1963.
