1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.5    Section 1. TERRESTRIAL INVASIVE SPECIES RESEARCH CENTER.
1.6$....... is appropriated in fiscal year 2015 to the Board of Regents to develop and
1.7support a terrestrial invasive species research center at the University of Minnesota that
1.8will develop new techniques to control terrestrial invasive species. This appropriation
1.9is available until June 30, 2019.
