1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.6    Section 1. APPROPRIATION; INTERNATIONAL RENEWABLE ENERGY
1.7TECHNOLOGY INSTITUTE OF MINNESOTA (IRETIMN).
1.8$500,000 is appropriated from the general fund in fiscal year 2012 to the Board of
1.9Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities for a grant for the International
1.10Renewable Energy Technology Institute of Minnesota (IRETIMN). The appropriation
1.11must be used to obtain United States Environmental Protection Agency and International
1.12Standards Organization (ISO) 17025 certification. This is a onetime appropriation.
