1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.5    Section 1. APPROPRIATION.
1.6$3,213,000 in fiscal year 2012 and $3,213,000 in fiscal year 2013 are appropriated
1.7from the general fund to the Metropolitan Council for operation and maintenance of the
1.8metropolitan area regional parks in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 473.351.
