1.2relating to highways; designating Arianna Celeste MacNamara Memorial Bridge;
1.3amending Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 161.14, by adding a subdivision.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.5    Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 161.14, is amended by adding a
1.6subdivision to read:
1.7    Subd. 70. Arianna Celeste MacNamara Memorial Bridge. The pedestrian
1.8bridge over marked Trunk Highway 14 near County Road 22 in the city of Rochester
1.9is designated as "Arianna Celeste MacNamara Memorial Bridge." Subject to section
1.10161.139, the commissioner shall adopt a suitable marking design to memorialize the
1.11bridge and shall erect the appropriate signs along the pedestrian trail on the approaches
1.12to the pedestrian bridge.
