1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.6    Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 116V.01, subdivision 2, is amended to read:
1.7    Subd. 2. Board of directors. The board of directors of the Agricultural Utilization
1.8Research Institute is comprised of:
1.9(1) the chairs of the senate and the house of representatives standing committees
1.10with jurisdiction over agriculture finance or the chair's designee;
1.11(2) two representatives of statewide farm organizations;
1.12(3) two representatives of agribusiness; and
1.13(4) three representatives of the commodity promotion councils; and
1.14(5) two at-large representatives.
