1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.5    Section 1. APPROPRIATION.
1.6$100,000 in fiscal year 2012 is appropriated from the general fund to the
1.7commissioner of agriculture to provide a grant for a feasibility study, site identification,
1.8and site acquisition for a proposed plasma-biomass plant in Lake of the Woods County.
