1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.5    Section 1. APPROPRIATION.
1.6$2,000,000 is appropriated from the economic development account established
1.7under Minnesota Statutes, section 161.04, subdivision 6, in the trunk highway fund, to the
1.8commissioner of transportation for a grant to Ramsey County for environmental work
1.9and preliminary and final design of the interchange of Rice Street and marked Interstate
1.10Highway 694.
