1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.5    Section 1. APPROPRIATION; COMO PARK ZOO AND CONSERVATORY.
1.6$1,000,000 in fiscal year 2012 and $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2013 are appropriated
1.7from the arts and cultural heritage fund to the commissioner of administration for a grant
1.8to the Como Park Zoo and Conservatory for programs and projects that preserve or
1.9promote Minnesota's history and cultural heritage.
