SB 1341 - Currently, the State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts ("Board") consists of nine members. This act increases the number to nineteen members with the addition of eight members who are licensed to practice nursing and two more members of the public. Additionally, this act provides that staff for the Board shall be provided by, and retained at the discretion of, the Director of the Division of Professional Registration.KATIE O'BRIEN
