SB 1403 - This act established the "Cancer Patients' Bill of Rights", which include the right to understand diagnoses and be informed about treatment options, to transparent and timely processes to contract with treatment specialists and testing, to medical treatments for pain management, and to relevant clinical trials and medical research.
