SB 1459 - Under this act, and unless clearly and specifically stated otherwise, the term "reproductive health care", as used in the laws and regulations of this state, shall not be construed to include gender transition surgeries or the use of cross-sex hormones or puberty-blocking drugs for the purpose of gender transition for minor children or adults.SARAH HASKINS
