AN ACT

To amend chapter 59, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to records requests.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 59, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 59.003, to read as follows:

            59.003. All requests for records filed or recorded by the recorder of deeds under this chapter dated after December 31, 1969, shall be made to the office in which the record was originally filed.
