AMEND on lines 9, 11, 16 and 18 by striking "The" and inserting in lieu thereof:
"Except as otherwise provided in this section, the"
AMEND FURTHER by inserting the following language on lines 15 and 22 after the period:
"In order for the tax exemptions provided in this section to take effect and be operable, such university must prominently display and fly the state flag each day of the year."
