Summary
An Act To Amend Section 63-3-519, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize, Upon Approval Of A County's Board Of Supervisors, The Sheriff And Deputy Sheriffs To Use Radar Speed Detection Equipment Upon Any Public Road, Street Or Highway Within The County, Excluding Any Interstate Highway, Lying Outside Of The Corporate Limits Of Any Incorporated Municipality; To Provide That Fines Collected By A County From The Use Of Radar Shall Be Deposited Into A Special Fund To Be Appropriated By The Legislature For Maintenance, Reconstruction And/or Repair Of Existing Highways And Bridges; And For Related Purposes.
