An Act To Amend Section 5-1-41, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize Members Of The Legislature To Waive All Or Any Portion Of The Compensation For A Regular Session Or An Extraordinary Session, And Authorize Members Of The Legislature And The Lieutenant Governor To Waive All Or Any Portion Of The Out-of-session Monthly Office Expense Allowance; To Authorize Members Of The Legislature And The Lieutenant Governor To Revoke Or Revise The Amount Of Their Waiver Of Compensation Or The Monthly Office Expense Allowance At Any Time; And For Related Purposes.

Legislature; members may waive all or any portion of compensation and office expense allowance.
