Summary

A Concurrent Resolution Proposing An Amendment To Section 36, Mississippi Constitution Of 1890, To Provide That Beginning In 2021, And In Each Legislative Session Held In Every Odd Year Thereafter, Only Appropriation Bills Shall Be Considered Unless Two-thirds Of The Members Of Both Houses Vote To Consider A Bill That Is Not An Appropriation Bill; To Provide That Bills That Address A Major Economic Development Project Or State Of Emergency May Also Be Considered During Such Legislative Session; And For Related Purposes.
