Summary

An Act To Amend Section 37-16-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize And Direct The State Department Of Education To Revise Provisions Relating To Achievement Levels For Certain Statewide, Standardized Assessments, To Provide Requirements For Administration Of The Standardized English Language Arts And Mathematics Assessments In Specified Grades, To Revise Reporting Requirements For Certain Student Assessment Results; To Amend Section 37-17-6, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require That "a-f" Performance Categories For Schools And School Districts Shall Be Reported On Or Before August 15 Annually; And For Related Purposes.
