An Act To Authorize The Issuance Of A Distinctive Motor Vehicle License Tag For Supporters Of Running In The State Of Mississippi; To Prescribe An Additional Fee For The Issuance Of Such License Tag; To Provide That A Portion Of Such Fee Shall Be Deposited Into A Special Fund And Shall Be Available For Expenditure At The Discretion Of The Mississippi Athletic Commission; And For Related Purposes.
