An Act To Provide That The Lauderdale County, Mississippi, Board Of Supervisors May, With Respect To Any Company Constructing And Locating A Major Capital Project, As Defined By The Mississippi Major Economic Impact Act, Apportion, Divide And Allocate The Sum Allowed As A Fee-in-lieu Pursuant To Section 27-31-104, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Such Proportion To The School District That Is Agreed Upon In Negotiations; And For Related Purposes.
