A Concurrent Resolution Declaring That The Legislature Shall Not Meet On The Third Monday Of January, Being The Legal Holiday Honoring The Birthday Of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.; That The New Capitol Building Shall Be Closed Except For Ceremonial Uses And That The Legislative, Gubernatorial And Other Employees Working In The New Capitol Building Shall Not Be Required To Work In Order To Observe That Legal Holiday; And For Related Purposes.
