AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO BRICKFIRE

PROJECT - DAY CARE CENTER; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  (1)  The Board of Supervisors of Oktibbeha County, Mississippi, is authorized and empowered, in its discretion, to contribute funds in an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) annually, out of any available funds of the county, to Brickfire Project - Day Care Center.

     (2)  This section shall be repealed from and after July 1, 2018.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
