AN ACT TO DESIGNATE U.S. HIGHWAY 90 WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITIES OF GULFPORT, LONG BEACH AND PASS CHRISTIAN IN HARRISON COUNTY AS AN OFFICIAL MISSISSIPPI SCENIC BYWAY TO BE KNOWN AS THE "GULF COAST SCENIC BYWAY"; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. U.S. Highway 90 within the corporate limits of the cities of Gulfport, Long Beach and Pass Christian in Harrison County is hereby designated as an official Mississippi Scenic Byway to be known the "Gulf Coast Scenic Byway" pursuant to Section 65-41-1 et seq.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2015.
