Senate Bill 2821

AN ACT TO DESIGNATE AND NAME A CERTAIN SEGMENT OF MISSISSIPPI HIGHWAY 8 IN RULEVILLE, MISSISSIPPI, AS THE ROBERT L."BOB" CROOK MEMORIAL HIGHWAY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. (1) That segment of four-lane Mississippi Highway 8 within the city limits of Ruleville, Mississippi, is designated and shall be known as the Robert L. "Bob" Crook Memorial Highway.

(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching that segment of Mississippi Highway 8.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2012.
