AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LAFAYETTE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE ANNUALLY TO THE OXFORD-LAFAYETTE COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION FOR THE NEXT THREE COUNTY FISCAL YEARS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Lafayette County, Mississippi, may contribute annually to the Oxford-Lafayette County Economic Development Foundation, out of any available county funds, an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) in each of the following fiscal years: the fiscal year ending September 30, 2012; the fiscal year ending September 30, 2013; and the fiscal year ending September 30, 2014.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
