AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF BENTON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE ANNUALLY, THROUGH CALENDAR YEAR 2015, TO UNITED COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY, INC.; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The Board of Supervisors of Benton County, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to contribute an amount of not more than Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) annually, out of any available funds of the county, to United Community Action Agency, Inc., during calendar years 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015, in connection with United Community Action Agency, operating various programs in and for Benton County.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
