A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to remove the sunset on the Town of Chapel Hill's Voter-Owned Elections ordinance authority.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 4 of S.L. 2007‑222 reads as rewritten:

"SECTION 4.  This act is effective when it becomes law and expires July 1, 2012. law."

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
