A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to Appropriate funds for the University participant program at western carolina university.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Board of Governors of The University of North Carolina the sum of three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) for the 2012‑2013 fiscal year to be allocated to Western Carolina University to support its University Participant Program for young adults with intellectual disabilities.

SECTION 2.   This act becomes effective July 1, 2012.
