A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to repeal the laws providing for partisan elections for the lee county board of education and the city of sanford.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  S.L. 2013‑220 is repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
