A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to establish the boundary line between cabarrus and stanly counties from the union/cabarrus/stanly corner to resolve a divergence of historical data and the boundary as administered.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding Chapter 67, Private Acts of 1802, and Chapter 77, Private Acts of 1803, the boundary line between Cabarrus County and Stanly County shall be as follows:

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
