AN ACT relative to recording interactions with public officials.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two
AN ACT relative to recording interactions with public officials.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Subparagraph; Recording a Public Official; Not Prohibited Recording. Amend RSA 570-A:2, II by inserting after subparagraph (m) the following new subparagraph:
(n) A person to record a public official in public while the public official is in the process of performing his or her duties.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2023.
