STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen

AN ACT relative to the membership of the developmental services quality council.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

102:1 Developmental Services Quality Council; Membership. RSA 171-A:33, I(d) is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:

(d) A representative of the New Hampshire council on autism spectrum disorders who shall be either the individual who has an autism spectrum disorder or the family member of a person who has an autism spectrum disorder, appointed by the council.

102:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
