STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

AN ACT repealing the chapter relative to cash dispensing machines.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 399-F, relative to cash dispensing machines, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
