STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal; Prospective Repeal of the New Hampshire Granite Advantage Health Care Program and Trust Fund. The following are repealed:
I. 2018, 342:24, III and VII, relative to the repeal of the granite advantage health care program and trust fund.
II. 2018, 342:25, II, relative to the repeal of the granite advantage health care program and trust fund on December 31, 2023.
III. 2023, 79:407, relative to extension of the prospective repeal in 2018, 342:25, II to December 31, 2030.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2024.
