SYNOPSIS
Directs Department of the Treasury to post on its website appropriation amounts for public institutions of higher education.

An Act concerning appropriations for public institutions of higher education and supplementing chapter 3B of Title 18A of the New Jersey Statutes.
Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. Beginning in Fiscal Year 2012 and for each fiscal year thereafter, the Department of the Treasury shall post on its website the requested and final appropriation for each public institution of higher education.
2. This act shall take effect immediately.
STATEMENT
This bill directs the Department of the Treasury to post on its website the requested and final appropriation for each public institution of higher education, beginning in Fiscal Year 2012 and for each fiscal year thereafter.
