This bill appropriates $750,000 from the General Fund to the Department of State to support the continuation of services of the New Jersey Library Network.

The New Jersey Library Network is made up of approximately 2,500 libraries across New Jersey that provide vital services to communities within the State. The purpose of the network is to promote cooperation among the various types of libraries in New Jersey and provide the State's residents with full and equal access to library materials and programs. This bill appropriates additional funds to defray the rising costs of providing library services.
