Bill Title: Provides that any special act school districts established pursuant to Chapter 566 of the Laws of 1967 shall be held harmless from any reduction in tuition revenue or any tuition rate calculation and/or rate reconciliation arising out of intake closure or limits on the entry of new student placements.
