EPSTEIN, PERRY -- read once and referred to the Committee on Economic Development -- advanced to a third reading, passed by Assem- bly and delivered to the Senate, recalled from the Senate, vote recon- sidered, bill amended, ordered reprinted, retaining its place on the order of third reading AN ACT to amend the alcoholic beverage control law, in relation to requiring the state liquor authority to make available to the public information pertaining to any conditions it imposes on a licensed premises The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. The alcoholic beverage control law is amended by adding a 2 new section 110-c to read as follows: 3 § 110-c. Public license query. The authority shall make available to 4 the public all digitally archived information pertaining to any condi- 5 tions it imposes on the operation of a premises licensed by the authori- 6 ty pursuant to this chapter, including but not necessarily limited to 7 information pertaining to the hours during which the licensed premises 8 is allowed to operate, the maximum permitted occupancy of the licensed 9 premises, and any special conditions imposed by the authority on the 10 licensed premises. 11 § 2.
