AN ACT to amend part JJ of chapter 56 of the laws of 2010 relating to
providing for the administration of certain funds and accounts related
to the 2010-11 budget, in relation to the transfer of certain monies
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
1 Section 1. Subdivision 15 of that part entitled "Public Protection" of
2 section 2 of part JJ of chapter 56 of the laws of 2010 relating to
3 providing for the administration of certain funds and accounts related
4 to the 2010-11 budget, is amended to read as follows:
5 15. [$45,000,000] $65,000,000 from the miscellaneous special revenue
6 fund (339), statewide public safety communications account (LZ), to the
7 general fund.
8 S 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall be deemed to
9 have been in full force and effect on and after April 1, 2010 provided
10 that the amendments to section 2 of part JJ of chapter 56 of the laws of
11 2010, made by section one of this act, shall not affect the expiration
12 of such section and shall be deemed repealed therewith.
