AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to designating Charles
lake, Lost lake, Putnam lake and Tonetta lake as inland waterways for
purposes of waterfront revitalization
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Paragraph (a) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of the execu-
2 tive law, as separately amended by chapters 92 and 97 of the laws of
3 2015, is amended to read as follows:
4 (a) the state's major inland lakes consisting of lakes Ballston, Big
5 Tupper, Black, Campfire, Canadarago, Canandaigua, Cayuga, Champlain,
6 Charles, Chateaugay, Chautauqua, Conesus, Cranberry, Echo (in the county
7 of Westchester), George, Great Sacandaga, Honeoye, Indian, Keuka, Long,
8 Lost (in the county of Putnam), Mirror, Oneida, Onondaga, Otisco, Otse-
9 go, Owasco, Peach, Placid, Putnam, Raquette, Ronkonkoma, Sacandaga,
10 Saratoga, Schroon, Seneca, Skaneateles, Silver (in the county of Wyom-
11 ing) [and], Saranac and Tonetta, and the Fulton chain of lakes;
12 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
