STATE OF NEW YORK ________________________________________________________________________ 10280 IN ASSEMBLY May 20, 2016 ___________ Introduced by M. of A. CAHILL -- read once and referred to the Committee on Environmental Conservation AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to including the Rondout Creek in the definition of "inland waterways" for the purposes of waterfront revitalization The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Paragraph (c) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of the execu- 2 tive law, as amended by chapter 98 of the laws of 2015, is amended to 3 read as follows: 4 (c) the state's major creeks comprised of the 18 Mile Creek located in 5 Erie county, Bushkill, Cattaraugus, Cincinnati, East Kill, Esopus 6 (including upper and lower branches), Fish (including east and west 7 branches), Gooseberry, Little Sandy, Onondaga, Rondout, Sandy, Schohar- 8 ie, South Sandy, Oatka, Tonawanda, West Kill, Scajaquada, Wappinger and 9 Wynantskill; 10 § 2.
