          MINGER -- (at request of the State Liquor Authority) -- read once  and
          referred to the Committee on Economic Development
        AN  ACT  to amend chapter 118 of the laws of 2012 amending the alcoholic
          beverage control law relating  to  the  powers  of  the  chairman  and
          members  of the authority, in relation to the effectiveness of certain
          provisions thereof
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section  1.  Section 4 of chapter 118 of the laws of 2012 amending the
     2  alcoholic beverage control law relating to the powers  of  the  chairman
     3  and  members  of  the authority, as amended by chapter 78 of the laws of
     4  2015, is amended to read as follows:
     5    § 4. This act shall take effect immediately and shall  expire  and  be
     6  deemed repealed [six] nine years after such date.
     7    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
