PANEPINTO -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Finance AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to adding the 18 Mile Creek to the definition of inland waterways THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: 1 Section 1. Paragraph (b) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of the execu- 2 tive law, as separately amended by chapters 265, 272, 298, 310 and 311 3 of the laws of 2014, is amended to read as follows: 4 (b) the state's major rivers comprised of the Allegheny, Ausable, 5 Battenkill, Black, Boquet, Canisteo, Chaumont (including Chaumont bay), 6 Chemung, Cohocton, Delaware, Deer, Genesee, Grasse, Great Chazy, Hoosic, 7 Hudson north of the federal dam at Troy, Indian, Little (in the Adiron- 8 dack park), Little Ausable, Little Salmon (including north and south 9 branches), Mad, Mettowee, Mohawk, Oswegatchie, Racquette, Sacandaga, 10 Salmon, Saranac, Schroon, Susquehanna, Tioga, Tioughnioga, Wallkill and 11 Buffalo rivers, 18 MILE CREEK LOCATED IN ERIE COUNTY and the north and 12 middle branches of the Moose river; 13 S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD07755-03-5
