         printed to be committed to the Committee on Education
       AN ACT to repeal subparagraph 2 of paragraph b subdivision 7 of  section
         3602  of the education law, relating to not including any expenditures
         to the New York City Metropolitan Transportation Authority for  public
         service  transportation  for apportionment of public moneys to certain
         school districts
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section  1.  Subparagraph 2 of paragraph b of subdivision 7 of section
    2  3602 of the education law is REPEALED.
    3    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
