| To enact section 5533.221 of the Revised Code to | 1 |
| designate a portion of State Route 104 within Ross | 2 |
| County as the "David A. Gibson Memorial Highway." | 3 |
| Section 1. That section 5533.221 of the Revised Code be | 4 |
| enacted to read as follows: | 5 |
| Sec. 5533.221. That portion of the road known as state route | 6 |
| number one hundred four, running in a northerly and southerly | 7 |
| direction within Ross county only, between the intersection of | 8 |
| that state route and Williamsport pike in the north and the | 9 |
| intersection of that state route and Pennyroyal road in the south, | 10 |
| shall be known as the "David A. Gibson Memorial Highway." | 11 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 12 |
| along the highway indicating its name. | 13 |
